After the order is completed the buyer agrees with the terms and conditions of YOjogaYO. YOjogaYO will confirm the acceptation of the order to the buyer ado. Prices are in CZK and EUR and could be subjected of foreigner local taxes. For buyers in the Czech Republic all VAT and tax are included.

The buyer could pay by bank transfer or by cash on delivery.

After the order is completed the buyer obtains an email stating the information for the bank transfer. The ordered goods are sent on the day of the payment being credited to our account. We shall wait for your payment for the period of seven working days. If your payment is not credited by then, we have to cancel your order.

To the price of goods the service charge of shipment will be added. The exact price will be announced to the buyer by email. The goods will be sent in 4-6 days after the order is completed.

The buyer has the right to send the goods back without any reason. This could be acceptable in 14 days from the day of delivery.

The goods can not be damaged. In the case the goods would be damaged or spoiled YOjogaYO could charge some amount of the price to the customer.

Warranty: YOjogaYO is responsible for any discrepancy of the goods.

In this case the buyer has a right:

a) the right of exchange the damage goods for a new one

b) the right of adequate sale or

c) the right of back out all conditions for all terms above are subjects of Czech jurisdiction especially in: § 1914 až § 1925, § 2087 až § 2117 a § 2158 až § 2174 Civil law.

The guarantee period is 24 months by law. A tax document (an invoice) serves as a warranty card. Claims resulting from liability for defects and complaints do not apply to any defects caused by incorrect use and wear and tear caused by irrelevant ways of use. A byuer is obliged to put forward a claim immediately after the defect occured. The claimed goods should be duly packed to be protected against any damage during the transfer. The costs connected to sending the claimed goods by a buyer are at buyer’s expense. In case of positive settlement of the complaint, the replaced or repaired goods are sent back to the buyer. The maximal period for the settlement of your complaint is 30 days by law but we always try to speed up the whole process.

Claimed goods will be sent to: Ing. Karolina Tůmová, YOjogaYO, Hraniční 2301/10, Praha 3, 130 00, the Czech Republic togeher with the description of the damage and full identification datas of the buyer.
